GetXAttributeString Method

Returns full XAttribute string which includes XAttribute name and its encoded value.

Parameters

attributes

Internal attribute/value pairs to encode in XAttribute

Return Value

String representation of XAttribute and encoded value of XAttribute. Regular attribute - name pair if XAttributes are not supported.
