When you are part of a team, you can:
Manage team properties
change the name and color
change the privacy settings
Manage team members
add or remove team members
resend pending invitations
Manage your involvement with the team
leave the team
delete the team (you must be the only member left)
To access the team settings, just select the gears icon at the bottom of the Team Feature Sections. There you can choose between Manage Members or Team Info.
There are many reasons why you might want to leave a team. Perhaps you was assigned by mistake, you no longer belong to the team, or you just created it and now want to leave.
In any case, removing yourself from the team will not delete the team. Other users within the team will continue working as before.
To delete a Team, you previously need to remove all its members. Once it’s done, the exit icon will be replaced by delete icon.
