TipStyleHeader Property

Returns or sets a value that determines whether a tip will be displayed when the mouse pauses over a header.
Syntax
'Declaration

Public Property TipStyleHeader As TipStyle
public TipStyle TipStyleHeader {get; set;}
Remarks

This property determines whether the headers of the band or the grid controlled by this override will be capable of displaying pop-up tool-tips. By default the header tips display the caption of the header if the caption is not fully visible. You can use the HeaderBase.ToolTipText property of the HeaderBase to specify a custom text to display in the header tooltip.

Example
Following code sets the TipStyleCell on the layout's override and a band's override.

Imports Infragistics.Shared
Imports Infragistics.Win
Imports Infragistics.Win.UltraWinGrid

  Private Sub Button60_Click(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles button60.Click

      ' Set the TipStyleCell to disable the cell tooltips.
      Me.UltraGrid1.DisplayLayout.Override.TipStyleCell = TipStyle.Hide

      ' You can override that grid-wide setting for a particular band by setting it on the
      ' override of that band. Enable cell tooltips on band 2.
      Me.UltraGrid1.DisplayLayout.Bands(2).Override.TipStyleCell = TipStyle.Show

  End Sub
using Infragistics.Shared;
using Infragistics.Win;
using Infragistics.Win.UltraWinGrid;
using System.Diagnostics;

private void button60_Click(object sender, System.EventArgs e)
{

	// Set the TipStyleCell to disable the cell tooltips.
	this.ultraGrid1.DisplayLayout.Override.TipStyleCell = TipStyle.Hide;

	// You can override that grid-wide setting for a particular band by setting it on the
	// override of that band. Enable cell tooltips on band 2.
	this.ultraGrid1.DisplayLayout.Bands[2].Override.TipStyleCell = TipStyle.Show;
