When this tool is the UltraRadialMenu.CenterTool, the tools in it's Tools collection will be arranged around the wedges of the menu. The position of each tool is determined by it's VisiblePosition and WedgeSpan. By default, tools are arranged on the menu in the order in which they exist in the collection starting from the top center of the menu and proceeding clockwise. A tool can be hidden using the Visible property.
