Setting this property to DefaultableBoolean.False will prevent the user from editing the PercentComplete property of the affected task(s). This means the user cannot drag the PercentCompleteIndicator in the timeline portion of the UltraGanttView, and that the cell or column in the grid will be read-only. To Disable the grid cell or colmun, use the Infragistics.Win.UltraWinGanttView.GridSettings, instead.
