Save(Boolean,Boolean) Method

Returns a byte array containing the serialized object graph of this Task.

Parameters

serializeDatesAsUniversalTime

Specifies whether date properties should be serialized in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

forDataBinding

Specifies whether the data is formatted for use with the TasksDataBinding.

Return Value

Returns a byte array contained the serialized information for the Task

Remarks

When forDataBinding is set to true, only the identifiers of each task in the Tasks collection are serialized. This is to prevent data redundancy, i.e., since that same information might already be serialized elsewhere in the stream, serializing it again would result in unnecessary expansion of the size of the stream. Because only the identifiers are serialized, the entire contents of the UltraCalendarInfo's Tasks collection must be serialized to the same store in order for these associations to be maintained.
