Returns the resolved value of the MonthScrollButtonsVisible property.

Remarks

The MonthScrollButtonsVisibleResolved property returns the value of the MonthScrollButtonsVisible when that property has been set to a non-default value. When the MonthScrollButtonsVisible has been left at its default value, this property then returns the value of the obsolete ScrollButtonsVisible property, to preserve legacy behavior.
