IsDroppedDown Method

Static method that returns whether the drop down is dropped down

Parameters

owner

Used to compare to the owner that was passed into the DropDown method. If it is the same or null it will the dropdown state,. Otherwise it will return false.

Return Value

True if the drop down window is dropped down.
