SuspendAutoCloseUp Method

Static method that suspends close up requests based on mouse clicks outside the dropdown areas.

Remarks

This is used for example when a combo is dropped down on a popup menu.

If the user clicks on the combo list's scroll bar we want to postpone the menu close up until after the combo closes up. This is accomplished by calling ResumeAutoCloseUp
