DisableOwnerOnLeaveNotification Property

Gets/sets whether to disregard the usual events that cause the IEmbeddableOwner's OnLeaveEditor method to be called (i.e., OnLeave, OnLostFocus)

This is necessary because the ValueList's ComboBox-derived dropdown grabs the focus whenever it closes up
