Remarks

In order for the index element to render content, there needs to be at least one target added to the Infragistics.Documents.Reports.Report.Report object through the Infragistics.Documents.Reports.Report.Text.IText.AddTarget or Infragistics.Documents.Reports.Report.Text.IText.AddTarget methods.
