UseMinimumErrorCorrectionLevel Property

Gets or sets a value indicating whether to use the minimum error correction level for the current codewords number. If set to true and the ErrorCorrectionLevel is set to a higher level, its value is respected. If the ErrorCorrectionLevel has lower value, the minimum error correction level is used.
