Used internally to manage the child controls of the UltraExpandableGroupBox.

Remarks

The UltraExpandableGroupBox can only have one child control, an UltraExpandableGroupBoxPanel. This class ensures that this requirement is satisfied by overriding the Add and Remove methods.
