The event handler receives an argument of type CarouselItemClickEventArgs containing data related to this event. The following CarouselItemClickEventArgs properties provide information specific to this event.

The ItemClick event is only fired when SelectionType is None. For other selection types, clicking on an item selects the item and so ItemSelectionChanging and ItemSelectionChanged are fired, instead.
