EmbeddableTextBoxWithUIPermissions Class

Derives from EmbeddableTextBox. The only difference between the two is that this class overrides PreProcessMessage to prevent beeping when the TAB, ENTER or ESCAPE keys are pressed. If the user has appropriate UI permissions, this class should be used rather than the EmbeddableTextBox class
