Refreshes any culture-specific cached metadata associated with this instance, optionally refreshing the display for any associated controls.

Parameters

refreshDisplay

Boolean value indicating whether the RefreshDisplay method should be called on each associated control, so that visual changes are immediately reflected in the user interface.
