Gets the resolved value of FieldSettings.AllowCrossFieldRecordFiltering property.

Remarks

AllowCrossFieldRecordFilteringResolved returns the resolved value of the FieldSettings.AllowCrossFieldRecordFiltering property which can be set on the the DataPresenter's FieldSettings or the FieldLayout's FieldLayout.FieldSettings or individual Field's Settings.

Note: if not explicitly set at any level then it will return the AllowRecordFilteringResolved value.
