The IsSelectionActive property is a readonly inherited property similar to that of the System.Windows.Controls.Primitives.Selector.GetIsSelectionActive(System.Windows.DependencyObject) that is used to indicate whether keyboard focus is within the control and therefore can be used to control how the selected items are rendered.
