ScenicApplicationMenuButtonUIElement Class

UIElement that represents the dropdown button for the ApplicationMenu in the Scenic Ribbon and represents the dropdown button for the ApplicationMenu and ApplicationMenu2010 in the Office 2010 Ribbon.
