Parameters

OwnerName

The name of the appointment's owner

Subject

The subject of the appointment

StartTime

The start time of the appointment, passed as a string

EndTime

The end time of the appointment, passed as a string

oAllDayBool

OwnerName can be set to "[Unassigned]" or "" if appointment grouping is not being used
